A Discretionary Use application has been submitted by 62374 Newfoundland & Labrador Ltd. requesting approval to construct and operate a quick service restaurant with drive-thru at 263-269 Blackmarsh Road. 
 

The business will occupy a total floor area of 241.5 m2, and will operate seven days a week from  9 – 1 a.m. The application is advertised in accordance with Section 7.30 “Drive-Thru Facilities” of the St. John’s Development Regulations. On-site parking is provided.
