A change of Non-Conforming Use application has been submitted requesting permission to change the occupancy of 27 Airport Heights Drive to an Eating Establishment.

The restaurant will be located on the main level and have a total floor area of 278 m2 with a seating area of 55 m2. Hours of operation will be 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. seven days a week. The business will employ 2-4 employees depending on demand. The restaurant will require 11 parking spaces in accordance with Section 9 of the St. John’s Development Regulations and will be provided on-site.
