Application - 300 LeMarchant Road

A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy a portion of civic number 300 LeMarchant Road as a Home Occupation for an Internal Medicine and Kidney Disease Clinic. The proposed business will occupy a floor area of approximately 14.5 m² and will operate Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., one patient per appointment, and is by appointment only. Each appointment is approximately one hour or less, with a maximum of 10 patients per day. Two on-site parking spaces are available for the business. The applicant is the sole employee.
