A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted for a proposed Home Occupation at Civic No. 31 Druken Crescent for a photography studio. The proposed business will occupy a floor area of approximately 21 m2 and will operate on an appointment basis only, with one client or family per session. Maximum two (2) sessions per day, each session is approximately one (1) hour. Sessions are booked between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. The business involves taking photographs only; processing will not be done on-site. One (1) on-site parking space is provided for the business. The applicant is the sole employee.
