A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting to occupy a portion of 32 Sinnott Place as a Home Occupation for a Registered Massage Therapist.
 
The proposed business will occupy a floor area of approximately 44 m2 and will operate Monday 10 a.m.-2p.m., Wednesday-Thursday 2-8 p.m., Friday 5-8 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sessions will be by appointment only with one client per one-hour session and 15-minute intervals between each appointment. One parking space is available for the business.
