Update July 9, 2020:
On Monday, July 6 City Council approved a Discretionary Use application for Outdoor Eating Areas and Lounges in various locations downtown for 2020. Applications for outdoor patios located on City-owned sidewalks or parking lanes in this downtown area are no longer required to submit a discretionary use application for public advertisement. This reduces the amount of time required for individual businesses to utilize outdoor space.

Application
A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by Shamrock City for an Outdoor Eating and Lounge Area at 340 Water Street.
Description
The area will be approximately 26 m2 and be temporarily located on the sidewalk on City leased land. The hours for the Outdoor Area will be 11:30 a.m. – 1 a.m. weekdays and 11 a.m. – 1:30 a.m. on weekends.
