The proposed Use is for an Outdoor Eating Area. The outside area will be approximately 31.72m2 and located at the front of the building in the parking area. As part of the 2021 Parklet program the temporary use will be from May 22 to October 31, seven days a week from 7 a.m.– 11 p.m.
