Application - 4157 Trans-Canada Highway

A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by Black Diamond Construction Ltd. requesting permission to use 4157 Trans-Canada Highway as a quarry for Mineral Workings Use.
 
The proposed 29.8 hectares of Crown Land will be used for quarrying aggregate, which involves drilling and blasting, crushing and pit run removal.

Written submissions received will become a matter of public record and will be included in the agenda for the regular meeting of Council on Monday, July 8, 2019, at which time Council is scheduled to make a decision on this application.
