A Change of Non-Conforming Use application has been submitted requesting permission to change a portion of the dwelling located at 43 Beauford Place into a subsidiary apartment. 

The proposed floor area of the apartment is 80 m2 and will be located in the basement. There are 2 on-site parking spaces available.
