Application - 466-468 Main Road

Please Note:  This Application has been deferred to the October 15, 2013 regular meeting of Council.

A Change of Non-Conforming Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to convert the commercial portion of the building located at Civic No. 466-468 Main Road to accommodate a restaurant. The approximate floor area of the restaurant portion would be 259 m2, which includes the garage portion. Seven tables are proposed. The dwelling unit portion of the building will not be changed. Proposed hours of operation are Monday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., 15 on-site parking spaces are provided for the business.
