A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to construct a single detached dwelling at Civic No. 52 Pennywell Road to create a two-unit infill dwelling. Two off-street parking spaces will be provided.

Any person wishing to make a submission on this application must provide a signed written statement to the Office of the City Clerk by noon., Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, either by mail: P.O. Written submissions received will become a matter of public record and are included in the agenda for the regular meeting of Council on Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, at which time Council is scheduled to make a decision on this application.
