A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to operate a Home Occupation.
Purpose
The proposed Home Occupation is for Music Lessons and will have a floor area of 37.6 m2. Hours of operation will be Monday to Friday 3-8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and will be by appointment only. There will be one student per lesson each one lasting for 30 or 60 minutes with a maximum of 10 lessons per day. There will be two part time instructors including the applicant. On-site parking is provided.
