Application - 62 Francis Street

A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy a portion of 62 Francis Street as a Home Occupation for a preschool program for children.

The business will occupy an area of approximately 18 m2 (living room) and will operate between Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., to coincide with the ESDNL school calendar. There will be 6 students per class.  Each class will be three hours in duration with two classes per day.  There will be one hour between classes with the applicant being the sole employee. Two on-site parking spaces are available.
