A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy 79 Hopedale Crescent as a Home Occupation for an automotive dealership office.
 
The business will occupy a floor area of approximately 23.2 m2 and will involve mainly office use, with customers visiting the property twice a week during the hours of operation. The business will operate Monday - Friday 5-8 p.m., Saturday-Sunday 9 a.m.-8 p.m. No vehicles will be stored on-site. The applicant is the sole employee and on-site parking is provided.
