City of St. John’s Resident Registration begins Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013 at 8 a.m. Registration is available online through RECconnect at www.stjohns.ca, in person or by telephone at (709) 576-8499.

• 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. In Person Registration will only take place at St. John's City Hall.
• After 10 a.m. In Person Registration will only take place at the H.G.R. Mews Community Centre or the Wedgewood Park Recreation Centre.

Non-resident Registration begins 8 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013.

• Non-resident Registration is available online through RECconnect at www.stjohns.ca, or by telephone at (709) 576-8499 or in person at the H.G.R. Mews Community Centre and the Wedgewood Park Recreation Centre.

To register you need an account

All individuals registering in person must have a current family account or create a new one with the Recreation Division. To create a new account please provide photo identification stating your permanent address. A utility bill stating name and full mailing address will also be accepted and must accompany one piece of identification.

How do I register in person, by telephone or online?

Registration is available on line to those holding a current account with the Recreation Division and paying with a major credit card. Accounts can be established in advance by visiting the H.G.R. Mews Community Centre and the Wedgewood Park Recreation Centre. Please see note above for what you need to create an account.
