Board of Appeal Hearing: 13 Valleyview Road

The following appeal under the St. John's Development Regulations will be heard by the Appeal Board on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 in Conference Room B, fourth floor, City Hall at 12:15 p.m.

 An appeal against the decision of the Development Officer to develop a residential building lot at Civic No. 13 Valleyview Road as being contrary to Section 11.2.4 of the St. John’s Development Regulations
 

Any persons whose properties are affected by the above-noted appeals have the right to be heard and to give evidence thereon.
