Local Board of Appeal Hearing - 47 Grenfell Avenue

The following appeals under the City of St. John’s Building By-law will be heard by the Appeal Board on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 in Conference Room A, fourth floor, City Hall at 12:15 p.m.
 
Decisions of the Planning, Engineering, & Regulatory Services Department to correct deficiencies (building and electrical) in relation to 47 Grenfell Avenue.
 
Any persons whose properties are affected by the above-noted appeals have the right to be heard and to give evidence thereon. If there is an intention to appear before the Board, you are requested to notify the City Clerk at cityclerk@stjohns.ca or by calling 576-3158.
