Public Consultation - 30 & 36 Barrows Road

The general public is invited to comment on the proposed St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan Amendment 1, 2018.
 
The proposed Regional Plan amendment would be required to accommodate amendments to the St. John’s Municipal Plan and Development Regulations, in order to re-designate and rezone 30 and 36 Barrows Road to the Residential Quidi Vidi (RQ) Zone for the purpose of developing two single detached dwellings.
 
The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment has requested consultation on the proposed amendment to the St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan to re-designate land at 30 & 36 Barrows Road from Public Open Space to Urban Development.
