Public Meeting - 176 Forest Road
A public meeting will be held by the City of St. John’s to provide an opportunity for public review and comment on an application submitted by Deer Park Contracting regarding the development of the vacant property located on 176 Forest Road for a proposed Residential townhouse development of eight (8), 3-storey residential townhomes on the subject land. The site is currently zoned Residential Low Density (R1) Zone and is in the Residential Low Density (RLD) District.
