Public Meeting - 22 St. Joseph's Lane

The City of St. John's wishes to hold a second Public Meeting for an application received from Fougere Menchenton Architecture Inc. on behalf of Premier Executive Suites – Atlantic Limited, to rezone 22 St. Joseph’s Lane to the Apartment Medium Density (A2) Zone. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow for the expansion of the existing apartment building for the development of an additional 14 Dwellings Units.
 
To accommodate the proposed development, a Text Amendment to the Development Regulations is also required to allow consideration of parking relief for all Apartment Zones.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement, including your name and street address, to the Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O. Written submissions received will become a matter of public record. The public meeting will be chaired by an independent facilitator.
