Public Meeting: 280 Blackmarsh Road

The City of St. John's has received an application to rezone 280 Blackmarsh Road to the Apartment Low Density (A1) Zone for the purpose of developing a 12 unit, 2-storey apartment building.

The Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement, including your name and street address, to the Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O. Box 908, St. John’s, NL, A1C 5M2; fax: 709-576-8474 or email: cityclerk@stjohns.ca. Written and verbal representations may also be submitted at the time of the public meeting. Written submissions received will become a matter of public record.
