Public Meeting - 4 Oxen Pond Road

A public meeting will be held by the City of St. John’s to provide an opportunity for public review and comment on an application submitted by Management Unlimited Inc. to rezone Civic Number 4 Oxen Pond Road from Residential Low Density (R1) to Commercial Neighbourhood (CN). The purpose of the rezoning is to allow the existing dwelling to be converted into office space for the neighbouring Don Cherry’s restaurant.

This application may be viewed at the Department of Planning, Development and Engineering, third floor, St. John’s City Hall, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., phone (709) 576-8220, or e-mail: planning@stjohns.ca.

The Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2013, 7 p.m. in the Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission on this application prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement to the Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O.
