A Public Meeting will take place regarding a rezoning application for 66-68 Queen’s Road (Cathedral Parish Hall).
 
Description
An application is being considered to rezone land to the Commercial Central Mixed Use (CCM) Zone to allow the construction of two residential buildings with a total of forty units. The existing building, Cathedral Parish Hall, is designated by Council as a Heritage Building and the applicant’s design proposes partial demolition of this building to allow for the new buildings.
