Public Meeting - 72 Circular Road (updated document)

An application has been received by the City to rezone the property at 72 Circular Road from the Residential Special-1 (RA-1) Zone to the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone. The purpose of the rezoning is to enable the subdivision of 72 Circular Road in order to create a new lot with frontage on Empire Avenue. A Municipal Plan amendment will not be required.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission on this application prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement to Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O. The public meeting will be chaired by a member of Council.
