Public Meeting - 79 Old Petty Harbour Road
The City of St. John’s has received an application to rezone property located at 79 Old Petty Harbour Road from the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone to the Residential Medium Density (R2) Zone. The purpose of the rezoning is to develop a 5 unit townhouse. An amendment to the St. John’s Municipal Plan will not be required.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission on this application prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement to Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O. The public meeting will be chaired by a member of Council.
