Application
A Rezoning application has been submitted by Fougere Menchenton Architecture, on behalf of Steele Hotels Limited, for a Hotel (69 rooms) and Place of Assembly (concert hall).
 
Purpose
The rezoning to the Commercial Central Office (CCO) Zone will allow a maximum height of 10 storeys for the proposed development. Text amendments to the St. John’s Development Regulations and Municipal Plan are also required.
