Rezoning - 100 Danny Drive (PMD-2 Zone)

The City of St. John's has received an application from 10718 NFLD Inc. to rezone land in the area of 100 Danny Drive from the Comprehensive Development Area-Southlands (CDA Southlands) Zone to the Planned Mixed Development 2 (PMD-2) Zone.
 
The purpose of this rezoning is for the development for Phase 2 of the Galway Master Planned Community.
