Rezoning/Discretionary Use - 106 Freshwater Road

The City of St. John's has received an application to rezone 106 Freshwater Road (the former Rabbittown Theatre) from the Institutional (INST) Zone to the Residential High Density (R3) Zone. The purpose of this rezoning is to convert the existing building into a two-unit dwelling.
 
In conjunction with the above rezoning, the City is also advertising the development of a Converted Building at 106 Freshwater Road as a Discretionary Use.

Written submissions received will become a matter of public record and will be included in the agenda for the regular meeting of Council on Monday, October 22, 2018, at which time Council is scheduled to make a decision on this amendment.
