Pursuant to the provisions of the City of St. John’s Municipal Taxation Act, with particular reference to section 37, the City of St. John’s hereby offers for sale, by public auction for arrears of taxes, the following property situate at St. John’s, NL:
 
36-B Hunt’s Lane, no minimum bid

This property will be sold by public auction on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 10 a.m. in the Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall.

The sale may be cancelled upon payment of the arrears of the taxes.
 
Conditions of Sale
In addition to any other conditions of sale contained in the City of St. John’s Municipal Taxation Act, the successful purchaser must make a deposit of 10% of the purchase price and pay the balance within 30 days of the sale. HST will be charged where applicable.
