Text Amendment - 18 International Place

The City of St. John's is considering a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations to add Vehicle Storage Yard as a Discretionary Use in the Commercial Industrial (CI) Zone, which was prompted by an application from WLH Holdings Ltd. at 18 International Place.  
 
In conjunction with the above text amendment, the City is also advertising the development of a Vehicle Storage Yard at 18 International Place as a Discretionary Use. The proposed site is 5 acres (20,234 m2) and would be used to store up to 200+ vehicles for a rental car company. The entire site would be enclosed with an eight-foot-high fence.
