Text Amendment - 20 Hebron Way

The City of St. John's is considering an amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations to increase the maximum Building Height allowed in the Commercial Regional (CR) Zone from 15 metres to 20 metres. This amendment was initiated by an application to develop a four storey, 19 metre high office building at 20 Hebron Way.

Any person wishing to make a submission on this application must provide a signed written statement to the Office of the City Clerk by 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 8, 2017, either by mail: P.O. Written submissions received will become a matter of public record and will be included in the agenda for the regular meeting of Council on Monday, August 21, 2017, at which time Council is scheduled to make a decision on this application.
