Text Amendment Place of Assembly Movie Theatre
The City of St. John’s is considering approval of a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations which will introduce a new definition for “Place of Assembly” that includes a movie theatre and the addition of new general parking requirements for a “Movie Theatre”.

Any person wishing to make a submission on this proposed text amendment must provide a signed written statement to the City Clerk’s Department by Noon, Thursday, May 2, 2013, either by mail: P.O. Written submissions received will become a matter of public record and will be included in the Agenda for the Regular Meeting of Council on Monday, May 6, 2013, at which time Council is scheduled to make a decision on this proposed text amendment.
