Text Amendment/Discretionary Use - 22 O'Leary Ave

The City of St. John's is considering a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations to add Lounge as a Discretionary Use in the Commercial Industrial (CI) Zone. This amendment was initiated by an application to add a Lounge to the existing Peter’s Pizza at 22 O’Leary Avenue.   
 
In conjunction with the above text amendment, the City is also advertising a Lounge at 22 O’Leary Avenue as a Discretionary Use. The proposed business will occupy a floor area of approximately 41.8 m2 and will operate noon to midnight daily. On-site parking is available.
