Vehicle Auction

In accordance with the provision of Section 166 (4) of the City of St. John’s Act, impounded motor vehicles will be sold at an auction sale. Unsold items must be re-auctioned.
 
An auction of a sailboat, by Fitzpatrick Auctioneering, is being held at the City of St. John’s Municipal Yard at 25 Blackler Avenue beginning 10 a.m. on Monday, January 14, 2019. Viewing of the sail boat takes place one half hour before the auction begins, from 9:30 to 10 a.m.
 
Conditions of Sale

• Vehicles to be sold 'As is, Where is'. 
• Payment to be made on the day of sale by cash or certified cheque.
• A $100 refundable deposit is required to obtain a bidding number.
• A $10 vehicle lien search fee per vehicle applies to successful bidders.
• Delivery to be taken the day of sale, except in the case of multi-vehicular sale where delivery can be extended up to ten days. 
• All purchased vehicles must be towed or carried on flatbed from the City Municipal Yard
