Citizen Satisfaction Survey 2018

In March 2018, the City conducted a Citizen Satisfaction Survey. The survey is one of several ways Council will seek input from residents as it prepares for its strategic plan and budget for 2019-21.
A total of 502 surveys were completed (313 landline / 189 cell) resulting in an overall margin of error of +/- 4.4 percentage points 19 times out of 20
