Engage! St. John's: Terms of Reference

The City of St. John’s wants to build a new approach to public engagement – one that facilitates dialogue with the right people, using the right tools, at the right time on topics that matter. The Engage! St. John’s Task Force will follow its Terms of Reference to develop a proposed public engagement policy document with guiding engagement principles and recommended engagement approaches for the City of St. John’s.
