St. John's Transportation Study 1998

This Transportation Study takes a comprehensive look at vehicle traffic throughout the City in the late 1990s using an evaluation that was state of the art at the time. For the most part the recommendations of this study have been completed or are no longer deemed to represent the best course of action. This study is published for reference only and is not considered to represent current City policy.
