December 03, 2012 - The City of St. John’s is pleased to announce an increase in service at the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Depot at the Robin Hood Bay Regional Waste Management Facility.
The HHW Depot will be open each Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the remainder of this year and beginning January 2013, the HHW Depot will be open two days a week year-round on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

November 30, 2012 - Overnight, the City of St. John’s successfully restored power at Bay Bulls Big Pond Water Treatment Plant and the high lift pumps at the facility are now operational.
Although water has been restored from the treatment plant it is still important that residents limit water usage as it will take time for reservoirs to replenish.
