Motorists are advised that Bay Bulls Road will be closed for infrastructure upgrading between Royal Oak Drive and Old Bay Bulls Road starting 7 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 14. This work is expected to take eight weeks.
All southbound through traffic will be detoured at Old Petty Harbour Road and all northbound through traffic will be detoured at Kilbride Avenue. Detour signage will be in place. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes where possible. Access will be maintained for local residents, metrobus and emergency vehicles.
