Public Meeting - 12-20 Mount Cashel Road
The City of St. John’s will hold a Public Meeting to provide an opportunity for public review and comment on an application from 62554 Newfoundland and Labrador Inc. to rezone the property located at 12-20 Mount Cashel Road from the Residential Medium Density (R2) Zone to the Residential Medium Density – Condominium (R2 Condominium) Zone. This is to allow for a 27 unit residential townhouse development.
A Land Use Assessment Report (LUAR) has been completed by the applicant.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2014, 7 p.m., Conference Room ‘A’, fourth floor, City Hall.
