Application - 6 Howlett Avenue

A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy 6 Howlett Avenue as a home occupation for a home photography studio.  The proposed business will occupy a floor area of approximately 23.2 m2 and will operate Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., by appointment only with one client per session. Each session is approximately 30 minutes long, with a maximum of 5-10 sessions per week. On-site parking is available and the business will employ one full time employee.
