Application - 467 Thorburn Road

A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy a portion of 467 Thorburn Road as a Residential Retail Store for the sale of fireplaces, woodstoves, propane stoves, etc.
 
The proposed business will occupy a floor area of approximately 50 m2 and will operate Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and seasonally on Saturday noon to 4 p.m. Six on-site parking spaces are provided for the business. The applicant is the sole employee.
