Residents of St. John's are advised that watermain repairs are taking place on Mayor Avenue and anticipate the work to be completed by 3 p.m. today, Monday June 30, 2014. Affected residents are those on Merrymeeting Road, Newtown Road, Empire Avenue and all neighbouring side streets.
Area residents and surrounding residents may experience loss of water, low pressure or discolored water. If you are experiencing discolored water, please run your cold water tap in your bathtub until it clears.
