Motorists are advised that Harbour Drive will be closed to all traffic between Clifts/Bairds Cove and the Water Street/Prescott Street intersection from 11:45 p.m., Friday, Aug. 29 to 6 a.m., Sunday, Aug.31.
All traffic will be detoured via Water Street.
