Water Street will be closed between Clifts/Bairds Cove and McBrides Hill on Monday, Sept. 15 from 9 to 12:30 p.m. to facilitate the shooting of an episode of the Republic of Doyle. Local access will be maintained, all through traffic will be detoured via Duckworth Street or Harbour Drive.
Stop and go traffic will be in effect on this same section of Water Street between 6 and 9 a.m. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes where possible.
