Residents of St. John's are advised that Brine Street will be closed between Hamilton Avenue and Deanery Avenue as crews are working on replacing a fire hydrant. Emergency vehicles will be granted access. The work is anticipated to be completed and the road re-opened by 4 p.m. today, Monday, February 2, 2015.
