Motorists and pedestrians are advised that Empire Avenue - between Newtown Road and Mayor Avenue, will be closed due to paving work from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Thursday, August 13, 2015. Access will be given to local residents and emergency vehicles only.
Motorists should use an alternate route and expect delays.
