Motorists and pedestrians are advised that Topsail Road eastbound (the right lane only) will be closed between Cowan Avenue and Hamlyn Road from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for three days starting Wednesday, August 26, 2015 and ending Friday, August 28, 2015, due to ongoing work by Bursey's Construction. Motorists should use an alternate route and expect delays.
