Motorists are advised that the Southbound lane on Torbay Road - from the Outer Ring Road Off Ramp to Harbour View Avenue, will be closed again today from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015 due to continued watermain repairs. Lane closures between the curb lane and median lanes will be staggered. Flagpersons will be on site. Motorists should use an alternate route and expect delays.
