Application - 131 Duckworth Street

A Discretionary Use application has been submitted by the Marriott Hotel requesting approval for an enclosed Outdoor Eating Area for the hotel restaurant located at 131 Duckworth Street. Food and alcohol will be served on the patio, in accordance with restaurant liquor licensing requirements. The area of the patio is 48m2, and is located at the front of the building facing Duckworth Street. The proposed operating hours for the patio are seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., weather permitting.
